Elizabeth VonCannon
Elizabeth grew up in Aiken, South Carolina, watching her father, a plaintiff’s attorney, represent good people who were taken advantage of by large corporations. She connected with this mission and felt called from an early age to stand up for these hardworking people and give them the quality legal representation they deserve.
After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her law degree from Florida State University College of Law, Elizabeth returned to South Carolina to follow in her father’s footsteps. She chose personal injury law because she has seen firsthand how a good personal injury attorney can make a positive difference in the lives of clients. Following graduation from Florida State University College of Law, Elizabeth clerked for the Honorable William A. McKinnon for a year. She loves helping people injured every day because of somebody else’s negligence and demanding full compensation to make a lasting impact on their lives.
Elizabeth primarily works out of the Charlotte location, where she supports the mission of Stewart Law Offices to provide quality representation to clients who need it most. The team at Stewart Law Offices focuses on assisting personal injury victims who were injured in accidents such as workplace injuries, car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, boating accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, or wrongful death.
