Brett Lonadier
Attorney Brett Lonadier was born in Valparaiso, Indiana and grew up in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Brett has had a passion for justice and the law since high school and has wanted to be an attorney ever since. His life took a few different turns before he eventually pursued the legal profession, but no matter what, helping people has been the passion of his life.
After graduating from Regent University, summa cum laude, in 2012, Brett spent the next two years as a high school English and writing teacher through Teach For America and was assigned to Holly Springs, Mississippi. Next, Brett and his wife moved to the Charlotte area to attend graduate school at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where Brett graduated with a Master of Arts degree in 2018.
Brett then decided to attend law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Brett was a member of the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal where he served as a Research Editor. During his second and third years in law school, he also worked as a law clerk for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee where he frequently reviewed and compared state statutes, wrote bill summaries, and reviewed judicial candidates through the Judicial Merit Selection Commission. Brett graduated law school with honors in 2021, graduating near the top of his law class.
Prior to joining Stewart Law Offices, Brett served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William McKinnon in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court in York and at another civil litigation firm based in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Working for Judge McKinnon further ignited Brett’s passion for justice and trial advocacy. Brett was able to experience multiple civil and criminal trials during his clerkship. Now as a personal injury and worker’s compensation attorney, Brett puts his passion and experience into working for his clients and fighting for the compensation they deserve.
When Brett is not working, he is likely rooting for the Chicago Cubs or Green Bay Packers, remodeling his historic home that was built in the 1800’s, hiking, or most importantly, spending time with his wife and children.
Brett is licensed in NC & SC and is based in the Rock Hill office.
